The historic Singer Building. This stunning industrial savvy downtown brick building is more than 100 years old and has been completely renovated. One of the lofts houses a 1933 claw foot tub that was restored from the Peacock Hotel, which was originally located on the second floor of the building. White subway tile showers are in both units. The window wood trim and other wood accents were burned and then coated to preserve the look of the fire that struck the building in the 1950s.
